Live Nativity Scene in Ice

The 50-minute theater performance, featuring more than 20 actors, is set against the backdrop of magnificent 25-meter ice falls, which are otherwise used as a winter climbing site. A special feature of our Christmas performance is that it consists of twenty short scenes. Visitors are always addressed by two stories: one is biblical – a central, key and message-rich story, full of Mary’s trust and devotion and Joseph’s faith in the bride, which the young couple crowns with the acceptance of a new life. Along with this story, we place fragments of our personal questions, concerns, doubts of the past year. Many visitors enjoy listening and smiling precisely because the angels’ comments surprise them where they least expect it. Perhaps we have hidden something in the playful shepherds’ games, in the gentle singing of the angels, in Mary and Elizabeth’s uncertainty, or in the pride of the kings that will speak to you. We want you to allow yourself to be touched by something while visiting the show, addressing it, and perhaps becoming the subject of a conversation at the family table. We will be grateful if you take the time to marvel and admire our fleeting ice art.

• the venue covers more than 500 m2,
• The ice kingdom is illuminated by over 5,000 lights.
• the waterfalls behind the actors are 25m high, higher in the gorge even 40m,
• the scene is re-created every night.

  SOME MORE IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE VIEWING THE LIVE NATIVITY SCENE IN ICE:

• Please arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes early to purchase your ticket and seethe first part of Ice Kingdom before the show. Tickets can be purchased online till 1 hour before the show, then only at the venue with cash; reservations are not possible.
• The theater performance takes place in the second part, in the ice waterfall hall. We advise you not to rush through the first part, as there is plenty of time to see everything. After the performance, you will not have to return to the first part, as the next visitors will already be there—the route is circular.
• Plan for approximately 1.5 hours for your visit
• Parking is available directly in front of the venue and is free of charge
• Parents, please remind your children not to break icicles or kick fences so that other visitors can enjoy the Ice Kingdom in its pristine condition
• Pet owners, please leave your furry friends at home, as the performance includes sound, lighting, and pyrotechnic effects
• Price: Adults: 22€, children (aged 6 to 14): 11€, preschool children (aged up to 6): 5 €. Discounts are not available. Persons with special needs and individuals with a valid disability card have free admission.
• We have set up stands at the entrance to make waiting easier – a stand with hot drinks and a stand with handmade Christmas decorations.
• We recommend warm clothing and warm footwear. The ground is covered with gravel, but caution is advised.
